DO YOU COME TO US OR DO WE GO TO YOU?

Amori DeZire By D. Felder is strictly a freelance company, so we spoil our clients by going to their homes, hotel, or venue.

IS YOUR MAKEUP ALL-NATURAL/ORGANIC?

As we do carry some more natural/organic products and skincare, many of our products are not; if you suffer from a specific allergy, we require you to inform us in the allergy section of our contract so we can take the necessary steps to accommodate you. 

DO YOU OFFER LASH EXTENSIONS OR HAIR SERVICES?

Yes, we offer the service, although the client must provide the hair. 

IS YOUR KIT SANITIZED?

Of course! We pride ourselves on being COVID certified, proper sanitation protocols, and always using disposables. Our products and hands are sanitized with alcohol to prevent spreading infection. Our brushes are deeply cleansed before every event, and no one's face is ever touched with a dirty brush. 

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING?

The only thing needed from you is a table or counter space to work from, an outlet/outlets, and your face, lol. We provide all hair and makeup tools and products unless you have a favorite item you would like to include of your own. 

CAN I BOOK A TRIAL FIRST BEFORE I BOOK MY WEDDING DATE?

Yes, you can, but your wedding date is not secured until a signed contract and retainer are received, so there is no guarantee it will still be available.  

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK AMORI DEZIRE BY D.FELDER FOR MY EVENT?

3-6 months. Six months for the more popular months such as April, May, June, September & October. BUT, last-minute appointments are welcome but will cost extra and require 100% payment. 

DO AMORI DEZIRE BY D. FELDER OFFER MAKEUP TUTORIALS AND LESSONS?

YES. We customize them to fit your needs.

ARE THERE REFUNDS IF I MISS MY APPOINTMENT?

NO, D.Felder has a 10-minute grace period because her clients after you also need to receive services on time. Unfortunately, time and gas is covered with your deposit so no deposit is refunded, unless it is her fault.
